Bostonair are seeking an experienced and certified Supervisor Aircraft Mechanic to oversee and execute high-quality maintenance work on AS 332 L1 helicopters. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a commitment to upholding aviation safety standards. You will be working in a dynamic and skilled team environment, contributing to the operational readiness and compliance of aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications on helicopters, aircraft components, and related systems.
  • Perform device testing and functional checks using specialized test equipment in accordance with OEM maintenance and testing procedures.
  • Serve as a quality inspector within your scope of responsibility to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
  • Support internal and external audit processes through active participation and documentation.
  • Provide structured on-the-job training to new technicians and mechanics, based on aircraft type and task complexity.
  • As a supervisor, take ownership of onboarding and development processes for new employees, including planning and coordinating training aligned with quality standards.

 Qualifications required:

  • Valid EASA Part-66 B1.3/C license with type rating for AS 332 L1.
  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience maintaining AS 332 L1 helicopters.
  • Strong knowledge of EASA Part-145 and Part-M (CAMO) requirements.
  • Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience leading a team of up to five people is a plus.
