Cabin Agents - Orlando Airport

We have multiple OVERNIGHT positions available for Aircraft Seat Replacement Agents, previous cleaning experience is highly preferred.

LOCATION:

Orlando, FL: Orlando International Airport

POSITION STATUS:

• This position is PART-TIME, hourly
• Your regular work hours will be on the OVERNIGHT shift 9:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday-Friday, including holidays.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Manually remove and replace leather/fabric aircraft seat covers and deep clean leather aircraft seat covers. Both leather and fabric seat covers must be stretched, pulled, and tugged repeatedly and forcibly to ensure a secure fit.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Seat covers are tightly fitted and attached with heavy-duty velcro and will require significant exertion to be used when removing and replacing.
• Inspect, identify, scrub, brush, and wipe leather seat cover with a towel damped with a diluted solution of chemicals (based on airline specs) and water, to perform ink wipes and deep cleans on leather seats.
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of work completed.
• Clean up the workspace following each service.
• Practice safe work methods and perform other related duties as requested.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Be physically present at work on all scheduled days/times to meet workload productivity standards.

MUST-HAVES:

• Language skills: Proficient English required.
• Able to take direction from supervisory staff.
• Able to follow airline-specific guidelines with tasks pertaining to the seat care management process.
• Safety conscious work approach is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be physically capable to execute the duties of this labor-intensive position.
• Must be able to perform repetitive upper body movement while pulling 50 lbs. constantly and over 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Other constant movements: Bending, Handling/fingering, Reaching, Repetitive movement, Squatting/kneeling, Standing, Walking, Overhead pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.

CERTIFICATES & LICENSES:

• Required: Airport security badge - must be able to attain an airport security badge during the hiring process and maintain an active badge for the duration of employment, without lapse at any time.
• Preferred: A valid driver's license for at least 1 full year, preferably 5 full years, with a clean driving.
