B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer

JMC Aviation is working with a Maintenance Repair Organisation based in Chester, looking to recruit a new B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer to join their team.

This is a Permanent Position based in Chester, UK.

Monday to Friday, working 08:00 to 16:30.

The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to undertake tasks and projects related to aircraft maintenance.

Other Duties Involve

• Exercising licence/approval in relation to the inspection and everyday processes
• Ensuring high quality work is completed in relation to aircraft, components and completed documentation
• Ensuring equipment, facilities and premises are maintained to an acceptable standard
• Ensuring crews are suitably debriefed to ensure defects are accurately defined and recorded
• Analysing and interpreting technical information relating to aircraft
• Reading engineering diagrams and manuals
• Working closely with other departments to complete project work

In order to be successful in this role the B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes

• Hold a UK CAA or EASA B1 or B2 license
• At least 1 of the following type ratings:
• Hawker 750 to 900XP
• Bae 1000 Series
• Citation XL/XLS
• Learjet 45
• Phenom 300
• Kingair B200/B300
• Base maintenance experience
• Right to live and work in the UK
