Aircraft Sheetmetal Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Sheetmetal Team Leader, 100% 

(based at Altenrhein Airport / all genders) 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

➢ Lead and develop a Team 

➢ Execute and inspect maintenance tasks, structural repairs, modifications, and defect rectifications to  ensure aircraft integrity and safety 

➢ Maintain up-to-date records, time sheets, hazard reports, and project documentation for transparency  and compliance 

➢ Read and comply with manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data,  engineering data and other specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repair or replace malfunctioning or damaged components 

➢ Check and document work carried out and, if necessary, assist in further technical processing with  OEM (manufacturer) 

➢ Facilitate smooth coordination with contractors and internal teams working on aircraft projects 

REQUIREMENTS 

➢ S- license and experience on Embraer, Cessna and Gulfstream aircraft types is beneficial 

➢ Must hold a Swiss or EU passport and a driving license 

➢ High degree of self-responsibility to perform the designated work and completion of maintenance / aircraft documentation 

➢ Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills 

➢ Good IT skills 

➢ Excellent team player 

➢ Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
