Does anybody know any rumours regarding recruitment in 2021??

I believe that the first step will be to take back 'displaced' cabin crew or those that lost jobs - probably on a different contract and will need less training than 'fresh' crew, so it will work all around for them. Then possibly 'rejoiners' before they start looking for new crew. Of course, this all depends on operational requirements and if they see a need for more crew. Potentially, the next 6 months or so will be a time for assessing the situation, but I'd be surprised if they bring in any new crew this year, maybe next year.
