Thing is what’s negative to one crew member might not be to another ... plus Norwegian are not open about the facts of your contract etc until last day of training as with our group....
so my advice, ask about leave, days off, roster stability, forced leave allocation, uniform replacement, standbys, No shows for reasons beyond your control, commuting etc at the AD just so you have the facts before you give up any current employment for Norwegian.
