Eurowings Europe is recruiting for Prague Base, however they say:
"For a fixed term contract (24 months)."
"Employment is in a seasonal part-time model (100% during summer - full-time depending on demand)"
"Start Salary (Prague): min. 12.000 € gross, annual basic salary"
I am confused, part-time seasonal models usually give you contracts for 6 months, then let you go and then hire you again. If this is fixed term for 24 months, then this doesn't make sense along with the annual basic salary? Can someone clear this up for me?
