I am working for a company, trying to improve the working conditions for the cabin crew. Do you have any ideas for improvement? What do you think could be implemented better into the cabin, what do you miss or wish were different?

If you think about the emergency equipment, do you think the use of the individual equipment is intuitive or do you have difficulties by using it? And what could be improved for passengers, do you think the equipment to improve the flight experience for e.g. passengers with diseases (blind people, people sitting in wheelchairs, etc) is well thought through?

What is most annoying for you?
