Hope you can help me.
I have been successful at the AD for EZJ, and i'll be on a Fix Term contract summer 2020 in Luton
Do they usually extend the contract or give you permanent? Or is common that they will "leave you home" for all winter and call you back for the next summer?
I'm just worried! :)
Thank you
The only advice I give anyone is to transfer to Gatwick. LGW has a high crew turnover rate, so they are always looking for crew and they typically offer permanent contracts.
I started at BRS on a temporary contract, but asked to move to LGW before my training date and was offered an earlier start date permanent contract there.
