i heard from 2 crew that heard that emirates will call back the redundant ones and have some that will be the initial call back crew if they wish to return. other redundant ones can also apply if they still need more.

this hiring proces is faster and cheaper so makes sense, i believe it!
did anyone else hear this?
also emirates says they will be back to pre covid levels by 2022. they fired sooooo many crew almost half, so they will need to bring in many many crew in short time! so i hope they use us redndant crew!!!

i was redundant, loved my job and i really want to return! i loved my job so much and has a pretty clean record. no active warnings, 1 absent for extending sick too late, 1 long sick incident.

anyone else hear positive gossip???? i know dnata called back staff from redundancy !!!!! hope EK does same!!!! my life is so sad now , i miss my ek family

I’ve heard about something similar however it’s always about « someone who heard that ». Unfortunately nothing is sure... I wish it would be true. But who knows ..
I have personally resigned during the pandemic but I am looking forward rejoining.
