What is life like at the moment for CSM's at LHR?

MF seems to be improving with each passing season

Does anyone know if the direct entry CSM will open up again soon?

Can anyone tell me how long the training is for direct entry CSM?

Does BA prefer their CSM's & IBM's to be Degree educated, or is promotion solely based on performance?

I've been invited for an assessment but not been told how the assessment centre is conducted e.g is it structured similar to that of Cabin Crew? Role play, interview, group?

I'd be grateful for any information on what to expect on the day!
