I just completed my application and done the invite online assessment which was confusing its questions was all mostly on checkin. i don't have any experience on checkin just onboard service.

It's ok if you've never done check in, the aim of this online assessment is to see how you would deal with each situation.

Me too.. I have never worked on Check in so could only guess. Issue I found, and what I did not know if I did right was... OK

There was a question, it had 5 answers, all of which could or where right, and each of these has a rate scale of likely or unlikely on them. SO my question: did we have to rate each of the answers to the one question.
