The Airport Lounges (PAX13) course provides learners with the knowledge needed to deliver professional, effective service in airport lounge environments. It focuses on lounge procedures, passenger access management, operational documentation, and the safe use of lounge equipment to support a high-quality passenger experience.
Participants will develop an understanding of lounge operations, service standards, and professional interaction with eligible passengers. The course emphasises operational awareness, clear communication with passengers and colleagues, and coordination among teams to maintain consistent service standards within the lounge.
