The Supervision and Oversight course is designed for aviation professionals in supervisory roles, providing the tools and techniques needed to lead effectively, maintain safety standards, and drive operational excellence.
It is suitable for Team Leaders, Supervisors and Duty Managers. Ideal for those new to the role, or as part of a development programme to prepare for promotion into a supervisory position.
Individuals can study online at their own pace, or tutor-led courses can be arranged for groups of six or more candidates. This course includes a PDF certificate, issued upon completion of a knowledge assessment. Candidates are also provided with a competency assessment document that can be completed in the workplace to supplement the certificate.
