Established back in 2000 , UK-based MRO, Avalon Aero, provide specialist line and base maintenance solutions to regional jet airlines, private owners, charter operators and special mission organisations throughout the world.

Since our inception, Avalon Aero have curated a sound reputation over the years and lead the way in offering flexible and wide-ranging portfolio of expertise for niche cliental . Our in-depth bespoke management approach has lead Avalon Aero to enjoy long term contracts and relationships supporting the Empire Test Pilot School, the Atmospheric Research Aircraft (ARA) and Formula One Management, to name but a few. 

With decades of experience on hand throughout the company, Avalon Aero is known throughout the industry as the go-to MRO for Avro RJ / BAe146 aircraft solutions, and to build on that reputation Avalon Aero has invested heavily over recent years, predominantly with a newly refurbished maintenance facility at Cranfield Airport, UK,  new aircraft types (such as the ATR-72 and Saab 340 types, to name but a few) and ancillary services, such as developing our own C Rated workshop and in-house NDT team.

Investment has not only been made to its services and facilities, Avalon Aero have also invested heavily in its employees. In the past 12 months alone we have invested over £250k in type rating courses for our Licenced Engineers, A and B Licence modules for our mechanics, apprenticeships in Engineering or Administration support to our younger employees as well as overhauling the companies loyalty scheme, which rewards our employees with greater holiday entitlement, enhanced employer pension contributions and vital family medical insurance cover.
