Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring a Customer Quality Data Analyst to help support the team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads Quality reviews of regulatory, program, and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in process and program developments

  • Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience

  • Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions

  • Maintains KPI dashboards and metrics files using Cognos and other data analytics tools

  • Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and KPIs to continuously improve process capability

  • Lead the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing efficiency

  • Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, regulatory requirements, and working agreements are deployed

  • Assists in the development of new standard processes and policies relating to customer experience and presentations

  • Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working Aerospace, Fabrication and/or Manufacturing

  • 5+ years of experience in analyzing and presenting data

  • 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures

  • 5+ years of experience in SQL, Cognos, PowerBi, Tableau, or other visualization tools

  • 5+ years of experience in advanced excel skills (Pivot tables, Charts, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and VBA Macro

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality

Summary pay range: $117,300 - $158,700
