Does anyone have any info about bim regional type of roster? Do they have fix days off? Much overnights?
Also can’t find any info about the salary..
Many thanks
The roster simply depends on your hours and operational needs. There's no fixed pattern as its a flexi roster, meaning that you can do anything from 4 on 1 off, 4/2, 5/2, 5/3, 6/3 etc. Again, depending on the base but when i worked there i done a lot of nightstops, probably around 75% of my working month was away from base.
The salary depends on what you work. You get your basic each month and then £1.99 for each hour that you work. When nightstopping you get the £1.99 for each hour that you're away and not just on duty!
Hope that helps.
