Hi everyone,does anyone know which airlines other than Emirates has very good benefits/high salary ?

I'm working for Emirates 5 years and I still like it but ....before coming back to Europe one day I want to live somewhere else ..... I would love to work in Kuwait or Saudi but it's hard to find any informations about salary/sharing rooms or not etc.
