I ve done the video interview and been invited for a face to face . Other people I know had s whole day assessment. I ve been offered 1/2 day. Does anyone know why?

It’s changed this year. Last year AD were a whole day for up to 15 applicants. This year they are seeing 7/8 non experienced crew in the morning and 7/8 experienced in the afternoon. From what I gather you cover the same as before but you’re not sitting around all afternoon waiting for your 1:1.

Hi, congrats on getting to AD. When did you receive the invitation? This year interviews are only half days, more of a speed dating style interview than 1-1!
