I applied on line for an OD in Greece and few hours later my status was "not shortlisted". Does this mean that my application was rejected? Should I appear at the OD or not?

it means you were not chosen to attend the assessment day. It could be because your experience/qualifications isnt right for them, or it could be if you live quite far from where the assessment day is being held. They tend to invite people who live close to the assessment day to make it fair and to prevent people saying they'll go but then not turning up.

You can either apply again to another ad or turn up to the od :)

oh sorry i read it wrong. it was an od you applied for. The same applies though. You can still turn up :) xx

Just turn up. I was trying to do the same apply online for OD. But their online app is playin up and so I gave up.

I had a private chat with prettyinpunk who seems to be more experienced on EK issues and we found out that my age (38) is probably the reason of my rejection. Anyway, I wl go, Just to say that I gave myself the last chance....

Maybe or maybe not, I do not have the answer. Best thing is to turn up and impress them and see what they have to say.

I am very confident that I can make it throught... I had my GC few years ago but family issues ddnt let me go then. If only I was 10 years younger I would deginetely be in EK uniform... I really believe that...

hallo anch I insist you try EY too. I think they like experienced cabin crew more than EK does.
