FLY4 AND AAP AVIATION COOPERATION
Fly4 and AAP Aviation initiated their collaborative partnership in September 2023, which set up the foundation for Fly4's journey. This collaboration was forged with a specific focus on launching Fly4, with AAP Aviation assuming a role as consultants in structuring the employment framework within the United Kingdom and handling the recruitment processes.
In a strategic role, AAP Aviation will assume responsibility for managing the crew bases on behalf of Fly4 in the UK. Successful candidates emerging from the recruitment process will find employment under the AAP Aviation umbrella, serving as crew for Fly4.
Crew will be operating on B737 facilitating ACMI missions that cater to esteemed customers such as TUI, Enter Air, and other industry leaders.
When it comes to administrative aspects of employment AAP Aviation will be in charge of handling crew management, incl. contractual matters and payroll. Concurrently, Fly4 will oversee the operational aspects, ensuring a harmonious synergy between the two entities.
