Software Engineers develop, document and maintain interfaces and design for aircraft software systems.
You will perform engineering work and applied research, coordinate activities involving the design and development of electronic equipment and devices, and prepare engineering sketches and product information documentation.
Job responsibilities might include analysing engineering and supplier information to develop airplane dispatch, performance data, operational documents, and software, and developing, maintaining, and supporting the performance of ground-based software applications.
You will be the subject matter expert for software systems, and may also be expected to provide support to flight operations engineers, assist airline customers by researching and preparing responses to airline technical support issues, and train others.
