What does an Aviation Business Development Consultant do?
Our Consultants spend most of their day talking to and headhunting clients and candidates around the world. They are establishing new business relationships, developing their personal brand, growing their professional network and identifying the right clients, jobs and candidates to work with and achieve their business/financial targets.
You'll be managing front to end recruitment including winning vacancies, candidate search and selection, negotiating terms of business and managing interviews, offers and placements globally across Aviation Ground/Flight Operation disciplines with our clients including Airlines, Cargo Handling, and Airport Operators & Owners.
What are we looking for?
We need driven, credible business developers with previous success in a B2B or recruitment role. A great eye for detail and the ability to get your head around the relatively complex world of aviation is also important for this role.
What salary and benefits can I expect?
We offer an attractive base salary of up to £30,000 (experience dependant) with zero thresholds and uncapped commission taking on target earnings up to £40,000+, the best company Christmas party in town, high achievers club, flexible working, great team culture, waterfront offices and many more attractive rewards and benefits.
