We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting the best talent for the Jet2.com and Jet2holidaysCustomer Contact teams
Reporting to the Volume Recruitment Manager, the Recruiter - Customer Contact will be responsible for the Contact Centre, Customer Service and Data Control business areas and will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive end to end resourcing service delivering to operational requirements.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process for these colleagues, ensuring we identify the best candidates to help continue our success and source the required number of colleagues, at the right time, whilst being cost conscious. You will work closely with the Contact Centre Training Team to plan Recruitment campaigns and liaise with the Recruitment Systems Team to make sure an appropriate attraction strategy is in place for all your campaigns. You will review the structure of the assessment/selection tools and techniques used and liaise with the Volume Recruitment Manager and key senior stakeholders to agree the best process to identify the best candidates and to offer an excellent candidate experience. You will also make sure the eRecruitment system (Kenexa) is updated accurately and efficiently to ensure management information metrics are available and create reports alongside the Recruitment Systems Team that give the business valuable insights into our recruitment campaigns.
To be successful, you must have a proven track record of successfully managing high volume multiple-vacancy recruitment campaigns within a fast paced environment. Previous experience in recruiting for contact centres is preferred and you will ideally have experience of recruiting Home Based/remote roles. You will fully understand the candidate journey, be able to work to tight timescales and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities. You will also be a proven recruitment expert with a clear passion and determination to be the best at what you do, full of innovative ideas to make sure we are always looking to improve our processes. The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders is also key to the success of this role.
