BaseLine Aviation Services require a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dublin.

This position involves working alongside our sales team and ensuring all new and existing business requests are met as quickly as possible.

This will be a fast paced role within a dynamic company, our team is undergoing expansion at the moment.

In this role your duties will include:

Screening and interviewing candidates via telephone.

Development of client relationships and accounts by highly proactive sourcing of candidates.

Providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of two years previous experience as a recruitment consultant required.

MS Office experience is essential.

Professional telephone manner is essential.

Attention to detail is vital.

Previous aviation experience is desirable.
