Based at Birmingham Airport and reporting to the Ground Operations Training Supervisor, the Ground Operations Training Team Leader - Back of House will be responsible for the day to day management of the Back of House training team at Birmingham Airport.
Working closely with the local management team you will identify and analyse training and development needs to support the Back of House operation and be a key point of contact for the Ground Operations Training Supervisor. You will monitor and measure the performance of the Team through regular 121's and reviews and ensure all local training records are compliant with company and regulatory standards. You will lead any training specific projects for Birmingham Airport and delegate tasks to the Back of House Trainers.
You will have proven experience of working on either the ramp and/or dispatch preferably in a training role. You will be passionate about training and developing others and be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of regulatory and company policies in the Back of House operational environment. Adaptable and able to positively support business change, you will be able to prioritise and plan your own workload and be an excellent people manager.
