General responsibilities of the position: • Provide operational support to the manufacturing and field operations;
• Coordination of the flow of materials within a manufacturing organization;
• Responsible for small projects or multiple tasks within functional discipline;
• Makes significant contribution to their team by applying their knowledge of the discipline;
• Works with moderate guidance on projects with short-term focus;
• Has a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the discipline and role;
• Continuing to develop specialized knowledge;

Specific responsibilities of position: • Participate in manufacturing capacity planning;
• Ensure availability of materials (PWC & PWA);
• Responsible to follow-up on engine parts deliveries jointly with supervisors;
• Follow-up of deliveries with customers;
• Work to optimize our process;
• Identified priorities on manufacturing line;
• Participate in shortage and production meetings;
• Promote the culture and activities of continuous improvement;
• Implementation and project management with cost aspects;
• Participate in the estimation of new manufacturing projects;
• Validate technical requirements of drawings, models and customer specifications;
• Be the administrator of a tool catalog;
• Other related tasks;

Qualifications required: • Bachelor degree with 2 to 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector;
• Experience in operations management;
• Bilingual English and French speaking and writing;
• Knowledge of SAP;
• Knowledge of Solumina;
• Knowledge of Microsoft office;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of the aerospace industry;
• Flexibility in work schedule;
• Knowledge of the continuous improvement principals (asset);
• Working experience in an unionized environment (asset);
