Technical Support Representative
Carbon60 have a new opportunity for a Technical Support Representative to work a 3 month contract based in Frimley, Surrey.
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact to customers and engineers regarding technical support for problems or defects with the Trent 1000 engine. You will be responsible for giving recommendation and advice regarding engine defects, speaking to both customers and local engineers.
The successful candidate will have;
Excellent knowledge of the Trent 1000 engine
Have previously worked in an engineering background, ideally aerospace
Understanding of engine operation and functionality
Good understanding of IT systems

Role: Technical Support Representative
Start: ASAP (Early Jan 2018)
Length: 3 months initially (Possibility of extension)
Rate: Competative PAYE rate per hour (Includes shift allowance)
Shift: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm (Alternating weeks)
The candidate will have to complete a BPSS security screening and apply for a Basic Scottish Disclosure before commencing contract.
