Here is the description of a TECHNICAL SUPPORT position :


You define and explain the assembly work to be done on the basis of the aircraft definition.



Check the plans received from the engineering office

Write working instructions or data sheets according to the requirements of the  

Consistently optimise (cost effectiveness, quality, time) the processes for production,
 assembly, tests, controls and inspections

Define the company needs necessary for production

Define the production times necessary for the different working steps

Create DQNs and transfer them to the engineering office

Process the DQNs following production remarks

Modify/update the data instructions in accordance with production remarks



Professional education and experience in mechanical production/manufacturing engineering, industrialization, electro-technical, electronics, metal sheet structures, composite plastics processing or maintenance

or comparable German armed forces (Bundeswehr) degree

or technical education  with several years of professional experience in Production Planning, preferably in Aviation

or German REFA occupational training


Start : as soon as possible

Weekly working time : 40h

Contract : 1 year, 6 months trial period

Here is the description of a COORDINATOR position :



Follow the blocking points, inform respective operation leader about target. Discuss with Operation Leader about possible planning adaptation.

Push the partners and/or A/C coordinator on hot topics, blocking points, non-conformities

Ensure the daily update of administrative tools (Aircraft progress, Red mine).

Follow the productivity, efficiency via KPI’s link to our activity and inform the Operation Leader in case of derivation and/or delay (particularly for production planning).

Prepare and co-anime together with the Operation Leader a short meeting with as goal to review the KPI’s, blocking points, planning and activity in order to define short term actions.

Participate in the transfer meeting together with the Operation Leader.

Participate in the production steering meeting together with the Operation Leader.

Participate in the coordinator meeting in order to report their activity to the Unit Leader

Participate in improvement meeting in order to provide feedback according to their experience to the Operation Leader and Unit leader.

Follow the deliverable activity via KPI’s, milestones and ensure the information reliability.



Possibility of appointment via internal promotion;

Or via Level III training (2 years post-school-leaving), specialisation in aeronautics;

Or military-type qualification (BS);

And at least 2-5 years professional experience in aeronautics.


Start : as soon as possible

Contract : 1 year, 6 months trial period
