Reporting to the Senior AMOS & Technical Records Manager, the Technical Publications Administrator is responsible for the loading and distribution of technical documentation within the Engineering Database (AMOS) in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Jet2.com requirements.

You will carry out regular audits and produce, control and distribute backup data, whilst maintaining storage, archives and publications inventories. You will also resolve publications queries, produce status reports, manage vendor subscriptions, purchase publications and carry out other administrative tasks within the Technical Publications Team.

The successful candidate will have experience of database management, ideally within the aviation industry. You will be able to communicate clearly and work methodically delivering to tight timescales. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work cooperatively and flexibly as a team member.
