Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Bonaero Park, Gauteng at the Comair Limited Head Office. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is required to coordinate relevant recruitment and selection related processes, provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team, and to ensure effective onboarding of new employees.

Key Performance Areas • In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Consultants, coordinates the recruitment processes which includes but is not limited to advertising, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• To perform system administrative duties and capture candidate details to ensure accurate record keeping
• To conduct background checks on candidates prior to employment
• To ensure that all relevant documentation is completed for all new appointments, promotions, and lateral moves
• To maintain the Recruitment Department’s Social Media platforms
• To assist with ensuring that new employees are onboarded effectively
• To follow selection procedures to identify potential candidates for placement for certain entry levels position such as a Customer Service Agent and Customer Service Agent Learner

Requirements • Grade 12 (Essential)
• 3 year tertiary qualification in an HR discipline/Industrial Psychology (Essential)
• 3 year’s work experience in a Recruitment & Selection administration role (Essential)
• Recruitment system administration experience (Desirable)
• Additional years’ work experience in Recruitment & Selection administration role (Desirable)
