Job Description

Supports the Compliance Needs and Capability Planning in the Office of Compliance Controls. The successful candidate will be expected to support and/or perform the following:

* Provide systems engineering support in defining, implementing, and reviewing the standards-based requirements process within the Compliance Group. To include linking compliance standards and controls to corresponding operational and technical requirements and corresponding corporate processes.
* Support user testing for software releases, by coordinating user testing schedules with stakeholders, reviewing testing plans with stakeholders and collecting their input, and participating in user acceptance testing.
* Collaborate with government stakeholders to define and prioritize both high-level capability needs through processes and specific requirements for specific compliance services.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will be expected to support and/or perform the following:

* Systems / Process Engineer or Operations Research/Systems Analyst
* Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with government personnel at all grades to provide assistance, guidance, and action reminders on a regular basis by drafting instructional documentation e.g., application usage guides, SOPs, etc.
* Ability to brief small and large groups on the overall process, status of specific mission authorities and Smart Data tags, and other related topics as directed

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

* 10 years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope
* 5 years of experience developing systems with relational database applications
* Knowledge of Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community authorities and policies for rules management and organizational support

Nice to Have

* Ability to work independently on event-driven tasks
* Meeting coordination and scheduling ability
* Demonstrated experience building consensus amongst the team
* Strong coordination and analytical skills
* Technical Writing Skills
