* B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.E., preferably with experience in the aerospace industry

Experience:

* 5-10 years: System Engineering tasks (system simulation, system design, architecture, V&V, customer interaction) involving Multiple aircraft systems

Responsibilities :

* Support the development, specification, V&V and in service support activities in the perimeter of the Cabin systems.

* Actively work with the system designers, the lab testing teams during the V&V campaigns of the system across multiple aircraft programs.

* Understand, analyze the system design, respond to system related technical queries raised by the customers (airlines, other system design offices, simulator manufacturers etc.) in a timely manner (for eg. Very short lead times for AOG situations)

* Analysis of the in-service queries to identify potential impact (airworthiness, reliability, cost, etc.), launching the necessary actions to identify the root causes and following up on the corrective actions or product development by the design offices or suppliers.

* Attend technical meetings with different stakeholders (customer services teams, system designers, suppliers, etc.)

* Providing Engineering support to other Customer Service departments, ensuring transfer of in-service experience and maintenance activities to the management, to other divisions of Customer Service and Airbus design organization including vendors.

* Support MBSE initiatives and seek new business opportunities.

* Ensure support for integration of the model/prototype on different simulation platforms.

Required skills and expertise:

* Preferred INCOSE CSEP certified system Engineers.

* Understanding or experience working with Cabin systems would be added advantage.

* Extensive background in development, system engineering or V&V of cabin system (CIDS, CMS etc.).

* Ability to lead projects and innovation initiatives

* Strong knowledge of multiple aircraft systems

* Strong knowledge of processes, standards and system engineering norms (ARP4754).

* Strong project management skills, good decision making ability
