As a member of the administrative function, you will assist in documents management, maintaining the filing system, document despatch, purchases and expenses, office supplies, as well as provide general administrative and secretarial support to the function. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Schedule of meetings, compilation of reports, staff training administration and travel arrangements
Assistance with the uploading of Request for Quotation/Tender, Requests for Proposal in the eProcurement Portal;
Assist the Manager in maintaining current up to date documents and Manuals;
Source pricing and obtaining quotes on low value items;
Knowledge in SAP system is preferable such as process purchase order and GRN;
Perform administrative support functions to the Manager and Team Leaders (e.g. scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences, and setting up meeting rooms);
Maintenance of the records filing system in accordance with company standards;
Assist in administrative duties;
Provide central filing upkeep, library and brochures documentation.
Advanced desktop computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
Able to work in the Project Site Office environment; and
Other tasks required




Requirements:


Minimum “O” levels with at least three years relevant working experience
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems
Organised, meticulous and adaptable in a fast paced environment
