You will support the administrative function that coordinates office operations, and provision of ad-hoc security services effectively and efficiently. You will also assist in verification of applications for security-related services, processing of payments to our vendors and service providers, document despatch, purchase and expenses, office supplies, as well as provide general administrative support to the team.
- Minimum “O” levels with at least three years relevant working experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems
- Organised, meticulous and adaptable in a fast paced environment
- This is a 1-Year contract role
