Airside Management is responsible for managing safety on the roadways, runways, taxiways, apron within and along the airport perimeter. In particular to managing roadway safety and operations, an Airside Driving Centre was set up under Airside Management. The Airside Driving Centre takes care of policy making relating to roadway driving, as well as issuing operating permits which are mandatory for drivers and vehicles operating in airside.
Your role will be to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Airside Driving Centre, to review and implement driving policies, and to put in place safety programmes that will enhance roadway safety. You will also be required to help promote a culture that fosters safe driving practices and behaviour across all levels. You will also be expected to conduct lessons on driving safety/requirements within the airport compound, as well as driving tests to ascertain proficiency of airside workers.
Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent with at least 5 years of related working experience
Must possess a Class 3 driving license
Well developed interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to all levels
Good communication skills
