This position will serve as the Sr. Supply Chain Manager responsible for the Autonomous Maritime and Mission Systems portfolio under Autonomous Systems. This portfolio includes a diverse set of programs (maritime, acoustics, tactical systems, and proprietary) including the recently awarded XLUUV platform.
The supply chain organization serves in both a supplier program management and contracting capacity in both a production and development environment. Core responsibilities include supply chain design, schedule and cost/EAC achievement, supplier development, contracting, and overall supply chain risk management. Performs responsibilities requiring the integration of disciplines from multiple supply chain teams and working cross-functionally with internal and external partners, suppliers, and all employee levels to carry out responsibilities.
* Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development strategies and priorities.
* Provides oversight and expertise regarding negotiation strategies, risk management plans, and execution process of management.
* Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. Current active Secret security clearance preferred.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Supplier Management.
Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in supporting platform level development programs.
Experience in managing both electronic and machined parts suppliers.
Extensive 'Partnering for Success' experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
Typical Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
