Supervisor - Sheet Metal Forming

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Forming Supervisor to lead a dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee the production and quality of sheet metal components for advanced aerospace products. With your leadership and technical expertise, you’ll ensure smooth operations, maintaining the highest standards in precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of skilled technicians in the sheet metal forming department.
• Oversee production processes, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise workflows and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain quality compliance, safety regulations and best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement, implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of production metrics and quality control.

 Requirements:

• MUST have the right to work in the EU.
• MUST have apprenticeship in sheet metal or similar.
• MUST have minimum 3 years’ experience in sheet metal forming.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimising production processes.
• SAP experience – desirable.
• German – written and spoken (B2); knowledge of English is a plus.
