Supervisor Reservations & Customer Service

This position will be responsible for coordinating all reservation & customer service related matters with the sales team of the territory.

• Manage priorities for cargo booking/movement process.
• Optimize cargo flow through management of capacity planning, yield and aircraft routing.
• Identify, research and resolve customer service issues and/ or ensure resolution.
• Assist Sales by qualifying and selling new account
• Assist Sales by cross selling, upgrading and increasing existing customers use of Atlas Air Worldwide
• Create an environment to encourage teamwork by informing management of difficult situations.
• Serve as an internal liaison between appropriate departments to ensure all customer and allocation commitments are met by meeting company standards.
• Track and Monitor customers’ performance.
• Produce selling tariffs and local schedules to the customers.
• Cross check EQ report and follow up with customer if any shortfall.
• Prepare report and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• University Degree or above, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experience within air cargo industry of 5 years – sales and operations preferred
• High degree of decision making skills and stress resistance
• Strong ability to manage complex situations under time pressure
• Strong analytical skill and excellent communication skills
• Applies knowledge of logistics planning and pricing
• High proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
