Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Engineer for Mission Planning and Execution. You will be responsible for strategic management, model generation, and performance measures and requirements.

What You'll Get to do:

* Responsible for complex strategic tasks and development of standards and processes for planning and scheduling.
* Will manage process and portfolios.
* Provide thought leadership to project analyses and process improvement activities.
* Negotiate and compromise to influence internal and external parties to accept concepts, practices, and approaches to resolve matters of strategic importance Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
* Identify, analyze and define project/program requirements and scope.
* Exercise delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex strategies within the project.
* Responsible for directing all specific task support services and management of all task resources used to support the customer organization.
* Create and maintain lanes of communication through customer outreach program.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience across all areas of national systems operations and related functional areas. 15 years preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of SIGINT and GEOINT disciplines including collection/mission management, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement broad-based solutions to complex, multi-dimensional problems.
* Experience in optimizing structure, processes and talent to execute organization functional and business strategies
* Strong written, oral, and presentation skills

Education:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5 or more years of experience.
* At least 5 years supporting Department of Defense (DoD), the Services or the Intelligence Community(IC) Collection/Mission
* Management with an emphasis in real-time resource management .
* At least 5 years’experience leading large, diverse mission teams with mixed government, military, and contractor staffing.

Required Skills:

Top Secret Clearance active and Eligible for SCI Clearance CI polygraph adjudicated within the previous 5 years
