Job Description

1. Effectively follow up with AEP & Security Team to process Pilots AEP immediately after joining. Ensure renewal of AEP well in advance to make the crew available for flying duty.

2. Follow up with pilots and admin team and ensure the renewal of Visa and Residential Permit of expats pilots to timely follow up with their AEP to maintain crew availability for smooth operation

3. Maintaining and tracking of rotation patterns of (ON/OFF) cycle of expat pilots

4. Adjustment in rotation pattern to ensure that all license, approvals and permits required to enable the pilot to operate the aircraft remain valid during his ON period through effective coordination with training team.

5. To monitor and maintain the database of ATR Instructor Pilots for the days they have spent in India to ascertain their remaining duty days available with IndiGo.

6. Tracking leave entitlements vs leave taken of Indian pilots

7. Coordinate with OCC team and ensure the execution of mandatory training within a standard time line.

8. Ensure pilot should possess all belongings i.e. Uniforms, ID Card etc., immediately after joining.

9. Estimating transfer requirement in consultation with OCC and HR and basing the crew at base

10. Tracking block hours and productivity for expats and Indian pilots through AIMS. Knowledge of AIMs is essential to track various reports according to requirement.

11. Monitoring the daily availability of crew and identify the reason if any unavailability and resolve those constrains.

12. Monitor the utilization of all trainers for training assignment and ensure the optimum utilization for training activity.
