As a Software Engineering Intern at Collins Aerospace, you will support the development of state-of-the-art flight critical embedded software for military and commercial aviation applications. You will be a member of the engineering team responsible for the design, development, and verification of real-time embedded software. Role may also include design and implementation of power assist / process improvement tools.

Education and Certifications:

Preferred candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer science.

* Must have completed at least 30 credit hours of college coursework by May 2020
* GPA of 3.0 or above is required
* Must be willing to work 40 hours per week
* US citizenship required.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Results-oriented
* Strong analytical skills
* Self-motivated and innovative
