We are recruiting quality professionals to work in the South of England for a well known and respected MRO company!!

Our client is looking for someone to take on the challenges of a Senior Quality Engineer on a full time, permanent basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

·         Assisting other departments with the organisations QMS system

·         Undertake planned assurance/compliance operational activity (including audits)

·         Ensure that any planned corrective/preventative actions are securely implemented within the desired timeframe.

The suitable candidate for this role will hold at least 3 years of experience within Aviation Quality Management, possess a good working knowledge of engineering, design, manufacturing and maintenance processes, and has a strong ability to motivate and influence others to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
