Senior Program Manager
Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
Manages programs to assure technical, schedule and product performance for the development, design, manufacturing and test of major product programs.
Directs management and administration of programs, ensuring compliance on supplier, cost, schedule, legal, performance, and customer service aspects.
Oversees program budgets and schedules, manages programs to ensure performance and contractual goals and supports proposal and cost estimating activities.
Established the objectives and framework to best ensure customer program satisfaction concurrent with the Company's profit objectives. Provides direction, guidance and in-depth assistance to program teams working on major programs.
Provides leadership and supervision to help establish goals for programs and objectives for team members.
Reports to management on overall and detailed program status.
Monitors and participates in major contract negotiations.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum 15 years experience in space, aerospace and/or military mechanical and/or electrical component engineering design, development and manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years experience in a program management capacity required.
Knowledge of the processes required for the development, design manufacturing and test of RF assemblies required.
Experience with space applications preferred.
Due to the nature of our work qualified candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
