Monarch Engineering; Line Maintenance provider of the year 2017; are in their 50th year.   We are a dedicated and customer focused company who are looking for a Technical Services Engineer (Airframe) to join our team at Luton.

Role

The main purpose of the Technical Service Engineer (Airframe) based at Luton is to ensure aircraft   are   maintained   in   accordance with   their   approved maintenance programme and remain compliant with all mandatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

The key Responsibilities for the Technical Service Engineer (Airframe) position based at Luton are;

·         Airworthiness Directives

·         Service Bulletin Processing

·         Technical Documentation (excluding AD/SBs)

·         Technical Instructions                      Production of documentation for task accomplishment

·         Technical Support – Line & Base Maintenance

·         Reliability Programme Support

·         Component Reliability

·         Technical Liaison with external contacts  Manufacturers, Vendors, MRO, Logistics support, NAA, Insurance companies

·         Technical Liaison with Internal departments – Airline and MRO

·         Product Development

·         ASR/MOR/GOR Processing

·         Technical documentation support process

·         Technical support for introduction of aircraft to customer fleets

·         Technical support for the development of maintenance programmes Additional duties – Project/Task support

Requirements

The successful candidate for the Technical Support Engineer (Airframe) will have the following attributes: 

Must have knowledge of PART M Subpart ‘G’ requirements and regulations

Experience of maintenance support.

Extensive demonstrable experience within either a relevant EASA Part M Sub-Part G organisation or Part 145 organisation.

Understand the process associated with ADs and SBs associated managed aircraft types.

Complete Airworthiness tasks as delegated by the Airframe Team Leader.

Focal point for acceptance and agreement of technical services activities associated managed fleet types.

Technical understanding of managed fleet types.

Focal point for acceptance and agreement of technical services activities associated with managed fleet types.
