We are looking for an innovative, proactive and service oriented individual to lead and drive our e-Service related initiatives and deliver the operation excellence of the related IT systems, so as to achieve the seamless and round the clock world class service to our passengers and airport communities.
She/he will be overall responsible to perform strategic planning, user requirement gathering, technical assessment, project management, solution deployment and operation support of the enterprise IT solutions such as enterprise portal, web & mobile application, customer relationship management, content management, API services application development works.
In terms of roles & responsibilities, she/he will
Assist the Head of e-services to strategize and develop digital master plan roadmap & respective implementation plans
Work closely with various airport stakeholders, both internal and external to develop the business cases and to justify the need for projects in terms of return in investment and customer services
Work with internal technical teams and external vendors to propose overall technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success
Communicate with internal teams and external partners/vendors and perform proper project and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
Lead, manage and be accountable for the 24 by 7 operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of our IT systems to support the e-Services operations of the airport. The candidate shall be cognizant with industry best practices and champion strategies and methodologies in system management such as the IT Service Management framework (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL).
Perform, review and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement effort
The Senior Manager shall be a team player and leader who possess strong interpersonal skills and rejoice in enabling others to succeed. She/he needs to have relentless desire to build her/his team and enable the team to excel in all endeavours through forward looking stewardship and unwavering integrity. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing vendor relationship by driving common vision and missions for our numerous outsource service industry partners and providing leadership to drive for common outcomes and stretched goals.
An accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
Have at least 8 years of working experience in the related technical domains and industry, and part of it should be in an end user environment preferably large corporations with customer fronting business critical IT systems
Strong analytical, project management and communications skills, and self motivated
Broad experience and understanding in enterprise IT solutions such as enterprise portal, customer relationship management, content management and e-services, mobile services and API middleware development
Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties
Candidates who possess industry certifications such as CCNA / MCSA / ITIL / CITPM will be preferred
Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility, good at discovering and solving complicated problems in the project
