Duties will include: 

  • Perform aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with technical documentation and company procedures.
  • Perform aircraft inspections, modifications and repair work on air frame and powerplant installations.
  • Work to fixed task times on multiple aircraft types.
  • Comply fully with health & safety and regulatory requirements.

Role Purpose

A Part 66 B Licensed Aircraft Engineer with C Certification required to perform aircraft maintenance and certification tasks in accordance with Technical Documentation and Company Procedures. Expected to supervise their teamor shift and run aircraft in absence of Bay Manager, run a line shift or deputise in absence of Station Manager.

Essential Skills and Qualifications


  • Licensed self-certifying Engineer, Part 66 B Licence and holding a Level 3 or 4 authorisation on a minimum of three aircraft types with C certification.
  • Lead by example through behaviour and as a practising engineer carrying out hands on tasks as and when time allows.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to control team or shift.
  • Good awareness of Aviation safety.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good role model/mentor to apprentices/trainees.
  • Able to operate a powerset (GPU).
