As a Senior Cargo Operations & Processes Analyst, you will have to lead, develop, review, and re-build operational reporting requirements to ensure visibility on all key metrics. You should also be responsible for providing analysis of operational indicators and operational business performance to the operations management team. You should be able to work with the procedures and standards team on providing analytical performance data and process reviews. You have to provide analysis on trends and provide reasoning through data support, and review the processes and operational problems offering solutions and process re-design where required.
You should take full responsibility for the operational reporting, data storage, KPIs and process improvements.
Engage your team to ensure creation and maintenance of station and market information documents and drive to create efficiencies through easy access, sharing and hand over of data, reports and processes.
Take feedback from internal and external teams in order to identify gaps in processes and methodologies.
Develop key reports for operational areas including Special Products teams, quality, operations, ULD control, dangerous goods, and to the Ops management team.
Develop outputs relevant to the key stakeholders and user friendly formats for senior management, customers, suppliers, and other external parties.
Work on special operation and quality projects that enhance quality and operational strategies, customer services and visibility to management.
Ensure consistency in formatting and standardization in the department.
Ensure consistent and timely storing and sharing of data and information within PRM, and relevant information onto regions and individual stations.
Management and Leadership:
You will have to support the cargo management team with key data analysis and data reasoning. As well as identify the key metrics for the operation and device consistent reporting for the management team, and develop training and awareness of statistical data and reports content to existing and new members of the team.Person
You must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of job-related experience with a minimum of 04 years’ experience in Airline industry. A higher education in mathematics and analytical studies is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, strong leadership, organizational and coordination skills is mandatory for this position. You will require superior analytical planning ability, judgement and analysis to excel in this role.
Any hands-on experience in analytical planning, operational scheduling systems and exposure to IATA and TACT regulations will be an added advantage.
