As part of the Runway 3 interfacing team in the Engineering and Development cluster, you will be managing the stakeholders and contractors for the operations and maintenance of new facilities and buildings leading to the commissioning of the new Runway 3 for operations. Besides the maintenance supervision and coordination with various stakeholders on the planning and day to day operations, you are also required to help the team to prepare relevant tenders/quotations, manage and implement these improvement works to enhance the facilities and also coordinate/support colleagues from other divisions/clusters in various ad-hoc projects.
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Facility Management or Building Services and preferably with 3 years of related facilities management and building services experience in water proofing, plumbing and sanitary, cleaning and vector control management, low tension electrical system & fire protection system.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office, AutoCAD/CAD software with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Ability to learn new software systems
Able to investigate, analyse and determine root cause of breakdowns and faults.
Good maintenance and project management skills
Strong people and leaderships skills, analytical and organisation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and excels in stakeholder management.
