Reporting to the GM - Safety and Compliance, the Senior Administrator (Safety Support) will support the Operations Compliance and Safety Team with the day to day operation of the Jet2.comSafety Reporting System (Safety HUB).
You will assist in the review and allocation of safety requests and investigations, resulting in corrective, root cause and preventative actions; monitor any overdue reports and ensuring the relevant teams bring the investigation to a close. Promoting the Jet2.com 'Just Culture' is important to the success of this role and you will do this with the creation of promotional materials and Safety communications to the wider business. You will also assist with all other day to day duties and support your line manager and the wider Safety and Compliance Team with reporting, analysis and administration as required.
The successful candidate will have experience of working on Safety Management Systems preferably in an Aviation environment, capturing and analysing large amounts of technical and non-technical data. You will be very analytical and thorough with your day to day work and will have excellent IT skills with the ability to present technical data in a clear and informative way. Above all, you will be able to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
